How We WorkDaily...As part of our service, we act as a Mailing House for your super fund. This means that we receive all mail for your Fund. We then process and/or action your mail every day. Monthly...Each month we reconcile your super funds bank account/s, and prepare your funds monthly reports. We then post your funds reports on our website for you to download, and forward the originals of your mail to you for safekeeping. We will also post you a paper copy of your monthly reports if you would prefer to receive them this way. We also have a monthly electronic newsletter, which you can subscribe to either on our website or by contacting us on 1300 WHK SUP (1300 945 787). Quarterly...We will attend to any quarterly reporting obligations your fund may have, such as the requirement to complete Business Activity Statements or Instalment Activity Statements. Annually...At the end of each financial year we will complete an annual set of financial accounts and tax return for your fund, as well as the annual minutes and resolutions each super fund is required to completed. We will also ensure all annual reporting requirements of the fund to the Australian Taxation Office are complete. If one or more members of your fund are currently receiving a pension from the fund, we will also send you details of the pension requirements for the coming year in this annual pack. We will also conduct an annual pension review in May/June the following year, to ensure that your pension requirements for the year will be met. Other Features of How We Work...We bill our fees monthly by a direct debit facility. This means that you will never have to worry about remembering to pay us each month. We will also alert you to any expected changes to your monthly fee in advance. We will also designate you with your own Fund Administration, so that you can talk to the same WHK Super Team member everytime, and be assured that they will know the issues affecting your fund should you need to contact us. |
