Transitioning Your Super Fund

If you already have your own fund and would like to join WHK Super, then simply follow these steps:

Step One:

Download and complete a Existing Fund Application Form, then fax it back to us on (02) 6881 8435, or post it to:

If you need help with any section of the form, please call us on 1300 WHK Sup (1300 945 787).

Step Two:

We will send you out a Welcome Pack, which will include everything you need to transition over to us. The welcome pack will also include the name and contact details of your personal SMSF Administrator.

Step Three:

Once the transition is complete, your SMSF Administrator will contact you to let you know the transition process has been completed.
